Asuns uses cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use cookies for any tracking or marketing purposes.

You agree that if you use the Products, you authorize Asuns to access your location and use/store in Products. You agree and acknowledge that location data we collect from you is directly relevant to your use of the Products. You agree and acknowledge that location data may not always be accurate and Asuns disclaims any and all warranties related to location data.

The Products may automatically capture and transmit information related to your use of the Products, such as, but not limited to, your use of the Products, IP address, telematics data from your vehicle and phone, device type, platform type, record of duty status, events, etc. Asuns may use de-identified or aggregate data collected via the Products for any purpose, including customizing your experience in using the Products, responding to questions or suggestions, developing new products, better understanding the needs of our users in general, or for any analytical purposes to improve the Products.

We conduct the collection, management, maintenance and storage of user information transmitted to us in a secure and commercially reasonable manner using acceptable industry standards of security technology and practices (such as electronic security systems and physically controlled servers with restricted access). WE CANNOT ENSURE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION VIA THE PRODUCTS, AND YOUR TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ASUNS DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR BREACHES OF PRIVACY OF INFORMATION BEING TRANSMITTED TO ASUNS WHILE IN TRANSMISSION.

TRANSFER OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP

If ownership of our business changes, or we undertake a corporate reorganization, you expressly consent to Asuns transferring your information, including Personal Information, to the new owner or successor entity so that we can continue providing our services. If required by state or federal law, we will send to you the required notifications for the change of ownership.
